Eligibility
To participate in our program as a Youth or Adult, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be enrolled in the Pueblo tribe of Cochiti, Jemez, Sandia, Santa Ana, San Felipe or Zia.
- Meet income guidelines.
To participate in Youth (ages 14-21) services, you must also meet the following criteria:
- Be an enrolled full-time student OR
- Are at risk/dropping out of school
- Deficient in basic skills
- Are at a grade level below or normal educational requirement
- Have a high absenteeism rate
- Pregnant or a Young Parent
- Are disabled
- Have failing grades
- Offender
- Tribal court referred
Application Process Pick up your Application at WIOA Central Office
- Complete the Adult or Youth Employment & Training Application.
- Submit your completed application:

Required Documents
We must receive all required documentation in order to process your application:
- Legal Photo ID
- Social Security card
- Birth or Baptismal Certificate
- Certificate of Indian Blood
- Income Verification (for the past 6 months)
- Selective Service card (males age 18+)
- Class Schedule & Degree Plan (CRT applicants only)
- Needs Analysis Form (CRT applicants only)
- Transcripts/Grade Reports (CRT & Youth only)
