Contract and Grants Specialist

Under the general supervision of the Fiscal Officer, the Contract and Grant Specialist monitors and supports the financial and budget activities of all program grants and contracts, with a strong emphasis on Behavioral Health Services (BHS). The position is responsible for preparing and tracking program budgets, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting required reporting, and ensuring timely reconciliation of grant and contract expenditures. The Contract and Grant Specialist works closely with Behavioral Health program leadership and staff to align financial processes with program needs while maintaining accurate and compliant financial documentation. Mental Health Therapist 2 Openings Behavioral Health Services

Provides mental health counseling and therapy treatment services to individuals, couples, families, and groups with the FSIP tribal communities and local community. Provides Substance Abuse Education and other Mental Health Support groups as needed. Completes written Psycho-Social, Mental Health assessments for individual clients for client admission. Provides out-patient mental health counseling to communities of Zia, Santa Ana, Cochiti Pueblos, and other sites as appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS:

LCSW/LMSW in Social Work or LPCC/LMHC in Counseling, with a minimum of two years experience in out-patient Mental Health/Alcohol/Drug Treatment Systems. Experience in a variety of psychotherapeutic treatment models involving individuals, families and groups in a Behavioral Health Setting. Prefer experience working with Native American population.

Clinical Supervisor, Behavioral Health Services

Under the general supervision of the Behavioral Health Director, the Clinical Supervisor provides leadership, clinical oversight, and supervision to behavioral health clinicians within a Tribal community-based environment. The Clinical Supervisor ensures culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and evidence-based behavioral health practices that reflect the values, priorities, and cultural traditions of the Native communities served. Responsibilities include clinical supervision, review of assessments and treatment plans, crisis intervention oversight, referral coordination, and short-term counseling for adults, children, and families.

This role ensures full compliance with State and Federal regulations, grant requirements, and professional licensing standards while supporting high-quality, client-centered behavioral health services.
