Behavioral Health Case Managers work with clients directly, with family members, close friends, community members and other health care workers to provide outreach and supportive services.

  • Tribal Courts
  • Medical Providers
  • Social Services
  • Surrounding Communities

Other services include:

  • Assessing needs for help among your activities of daily life.
  • Listening to concerns and providing consultation and interventions as needed. 
  • Provide referrals for access to agencies such as drug & alcohol treatment facilities. 
  • Refer to a higher level of care.
