The CHR Program works to advance the health of the Pueblo communities of Santa Ana and Zia by working to improve their access to quality and culturally competent health care services.  CHR's provide both direct and indirect services to address the healthcare needs of the communities.  The program aims to promote important areas of health and wellness such as disease prevention, wholesome nutriition and physical fitness.
